As a dedicated mom, I have always been passionate about staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Throughout the years, I have pursued various endeavors, including modeling, bartending, and working in the corporate world. However, it was after my pregnancy that I truly realized my passion for fitness and decided to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer.
To ensure I was equipped with the best knowledge and skills, I began my Personal Training journey at Equinox, one of the most reputable companies in the industry. There, I honed my expertise, discipline, and understanding of fitness. Although I no longer work at Equinox, I carry with me a wealth of knowledge and skills to help my clients safely and effectively achieve their fitness goals.
Currently, in my sixth year as a trainer/coach, I am proud to have established my own personal training business. My ultimate goal is to create my own training facility where I can empower individuals men and women, including fellow moms, to reach their full potential in terms of physical fitness and overall well-being.
I understand the challenges and demands of balancing family life with personal goals. That’s why I am passionate about helping other prioritize their health and well-being. I offer classes at Another Level Fit, where I guide clients through a full-body workout known as the “Get Fine(R) Program.” These sessions focus on lower body exercises, upper body strength, and core training.
If you are interested in training with me one-on-one and experiencing the benefits of personalized fitness coaching, I encourage you to reach out. Together, we can work towards achieving your fitness goals while balancing the demands of life.
I am excited to support you on your journey and look forward to the opportunity of working with you.
